Did you know… You can dock a tool window to the top of the IDE? – #134

I kinda implied this tip in a previous tip when i introduced all of the various IDE docking targets, but i wanted to call it out specifically, since it is rare you see a tool window in this position.  The Memory tool windows (when in debugging mode) are the only ones that come to mind right now.
